Headers: CSP Headers and Security Headers

Im using OpenLiteSpeed Latest Install, but i use a solution called Sqreen for Security and CSP Headers but for some reason non of the headers are being set... The Virtual Host points to a External App which points to a PORT, the App isnt setting any headers and ive checked using Sqreen and headers arnt being set... What are the default headers for OpenLiteSpeed and how to change them?
