Publish Dockerfile used for lsquic-qir

For my Master thesis I am comparing different implementations of QUIC. To do that I use the images built for the QUIC Interop Runner, however I want to test multiple versions of each implementation so I am rebuilding the necessary containers.

I'd like to include LSQUIC in this comparison because it's a prominent and widely used implementation. Can you publish the Dockerfile and scripts used to build the litespeedtech/lsquic-qir image?
