Option to preload cache for all pages

I know we have a crawler but some hosting providers block this functionality. Other caching plugins offer a simple button to generate all the caches (wprocket). This way I don't have to wait until the cache is created when visitors are browsing the site. I think this would be useful.

I second that.

Especially for folks on on shared hosting with litespeed server, as the crawler is likely disabled. With the defaults setting the cache gets fully purged on plugin, theme and wordpress update, also while updating a post not only that site gets purged. Small sites with 100 daily user and a 100 blog entries, most likely end up having only a view pages cached. One would expect different, especially after all the good reviews out there.

As workaround one could use a bulk link opener like this
