Site cache not purging

Hi,

I have deleted all cache (Litespeed Cache/Toolbox/Purge ->Empty entrie cache), even disabled for the cache for debugging purpose (LiteSpeed Cache > Toolbox > Debug Settings and set Disable All Features to ON), thus the site still showing out of dated content. I have even tried with different browsers / incognito mode. However when I checked the View Site before optimalization / View site before cache and then it shows the correct (fresh) content.

Litespeed version: 5.3

Other impacting plugins: Autoptimize - but disabled

What could I do?
