Currently the address bar of the litebrowser is fake. opening this so people can upvote or comment on switching to a real address bar
Added CMake. Requires tordex/simpledib and tordex/txdib to be accepted first. In CMake only, all libraries except for libs/litehtml are pulled from github directly.

I need to fix some issues in `litehtml`. My project is C#-based using `litehtmlsharp` and being able to build/test/debug in C++ will make the work in `litehml` easier (I believe)....
Please provide the updated build of litebrowser for Windows using the latest litehtml. The one at http://www.litehtml.com/download/litehtml/litebrowser.zip is from 2015.
Submodules use SSH address (starting with [email protected]...) and therefore it's impossible to update them for people without SSH keys. Using https version fixes this.
