Added in a hex viewer, soon to be hex editor.

Any update? Would it be possible to automatically open to hex view when binary file is detected?

So instead of this: image it would just "Open in Hex View" automatically.

I unfortunately have let this fall by the wayside a bit. I can probably release just the viewer portion without the editor in the near future. I'll make this ready for review when I do.
