Slack deprecation of "rtm.start" API calls.

Starting November 30 2021, new apps will not be able to connect using the rtm.start API calls. Apparently lita-slack still uses these. Are there any plans to support the newer rtm.connect APIs?

It seems this project has not had any activity in quite some time. If the project is effectively dead, are there any known/recommended replacements for lita built in ruby?
