I agree, it would be cool if we could get more people to be using this repo, because it helps everyone... @haohetao are you the maintainer of the repo ? I found that using google translate did a nice job to be able to use the readme.. if I did a pull request, would it be merged ? I didn't know if @lisong is still active and would approve pull requests ? Of course we would keep all current text, and just add english underneath it.
