Can't seem to get it working.

Hi, I can't seem to get this working on spigot 1.12.2. I've tried testing it with an xray texturepack and xray mod but the mod outlines the blocks, and the texture pack still shows the blocks. Here is the config:

Fixed it, although now a few blocks show up far away with both xray mod and xray texture pack
