using build.cmd from workspace and sketchup2room.exe generate different outputs.

sketchup2room.exe generate incomplete output compared to build.cmd that build successfully the whole project output.

When using sketchup2room.exe --out build --html test.html "" it generate in the output folder all the externals components files but not the main project output. when using build.cmd all the output files are generated.
