Added --aout parameter for absolute path output directory and add verification to not use out and aout together

I am building an application on top of sketchup2room to autobuild and publish sketchup projects. I am listening to sketchup files or directories to monitor changes and I run sketchup2room to convert them when they get modified. The output path of the project is customizable by the user. Because of that, I need an absolute path output folder.

Once conversion succeded, the app auto publish the output using sftp or ftp client.

Also, I would like to communicate with you to help resolve some issues that prevent the app working properly
