Reggression caused by commit bd02506: Crash in 1.6.0-f

The type ColossalFramework.Steamworks.Achievement doesn’t exist in 1.6.0-f anymore.

Usage of it was first added in commit fcbd0b0 as debugging code, which shouldn’t have been kept in production code.
