Browser hangs when is moved to the second screen

Steps to repro:

  1. Open browser on main screen
  2. Move window to the secondary screen
  3. Notice that browser hangs Qt 5.8 Distro: Linux Mint 17.3, Cinnamon

Works for me on Fedora 25, latest Flatpak build of Browser. BTW Our Flatpak runtime has Qt 5.8.0

Can't reproduce on Ubuntu 16.04, Unity 7.
