I'd appreciate a new release being made after #61, which also updates windows-sys and winreg. They don't appear in the public APIs so a patch release shouldn't be an issue.

Sorry for the delay. I fixed the appveyor CI but it crushes on the tests. Could you take a look at it? I don't have a windows machine nowdays. I can get access to one if you can't.

Builds are done fine on my machine, I'll setup github actions to see if thats any different.
