NetworkInitializer duplicate symbol

When including ofxOsc, there is a duplicate class NetworkInitializer in NetworkingUtils.h from ofxOsc and PocoNetMdd.lib from Poco. I cannot test vanilla oF as I don't have access to VS2012 right now, but if this is related to oF, I'll report it there.

ok,i think that's conflict with new version of poco will look into it.
