WSL Support in Windows

Stoked about the possibilities that Liquibase Data will bring!

However, as stated in https://github.com/liquibase/liquibase-data/blob/main/beta/session-1.md#step-1-install-docker-desktop-community , WSL isn't supported on Windows. Can we expect WSL support in the future?
