resource may need several names

Working on #2834, I thwarted a name clash about adhocracy_core/resources/document/IDocumentVersion:

• in mercator's journey, this resource was called "blog entry", but
• in the debate process detail view, this resource would have needed to be called "document". Instead of getting that name, it gets the placeholder name, "resource", which incidentally fits.

Further such name clashes may occur. (Until then, I still deem it low prio.)
