"created by" behaves inconsistently

I build any project, say meinberlin. And log in as any user, say participant.

Say I create a new resource X anonymouosly. In the UI, the resource is labelled as "created by anonymous". Then I edit the resource X unanonymously.

Depending on the type of X, the label behaves differently:

1. If X is a comment, then it will still say "created by anonymous".
2. But if X is a proposal, it will say "created by participant".
