Send registration mail in platform or user language

Hi,

after the user has registered we already know which language she can understand, because we either detect it from the browser or it was forced by the platform. Why can't we use this information to send a mail in the language of the user?

Some background:

• The language chosen by the frontend does not use the browser settings. It is solely based on platform or embed. This makes sense because the user generated content is also only in one language.
• The language choice of the frontend is currently not passed on to the backend.
