load more fails on new item

Sometimes when you click on "load more" in a listing, it claims to have loaded more items but they are not shown. Serveral people told me they had had this problem but were not able to reliably reproduce it. I had an ngRepeat:dupes issue in my console one time this happened so I guess it is cuased by the following:

1. You load a listing.
2. A new list item (e.g. proposal) is created by another user.
3. if that new proposal would have been included in the list, the next chunk of items returned by the backend will return the last of the already shown items on first place.
4. ngRepeat complains about a duplicate.
