Long Messages without spaces don’t have line breaks and overflow the page: Moderator Feedback and Official (Initiator-) Feedback

The same issue occurs across a.plus, DeFakts and mein.berlin

user: All users with viewing access to Idea/ Proposal detail pages and comments.

expected behaviour: When a moderator or initiator enters a long message without spaces in the feedback form, the text should be displayed with line-breaks in order to fit the page.

behaviour: Currently text without spaces is not broken up and overflows the page.
