Navigation icon for open answer in survey module too large

URL: e.g. https://meinberlin-stage.liqd.net/projekte/module/umfrage-78/ (on dev and stage - so, maybe also on prod) user: any expected behaviour: see screenshot from zeplin behaviour: the buttons for navigations are bigger than in the zeplin design important screensize: any (also mobile) device & browser: any Comment/Question: i think this issue is really minor, since it currently looks also ok. And it seems to be no A4-Issue, since on A+ the Nav-Icon is smaller.
