Create a fun 404 page

As suggested by @iver56 in #106 , it would be cool to have a custom 404 dweet play as a 404 page. Maybe we could host a small competition; suggestions welcome :D

What a good idea. I have no theme suggestions right now, but a restriction on CPU usage should be a consideration for a good user experience.

So, I'm thinking as far as sorting goes it might be cool to see top of month or top of week as well... the reason I say this is that if you had top of month maybe you could have the 404 spot?

This would have to do prior month winner to prevent any spam attacks to force 404 page to give time for admins to remove anything bad.
