The Gen Replace Command Line button changes the specified "shift-jis" encoding to "iso-2022-jp". This is a mistake. This requires manually correcting the encoding back from "iso-2022-jp" to "shift-jis". Then the utility works correctly with the Japan code page. Thank you for your product
