Epson L800, L200 Models

Hello

I tried to run the reporting functionality on my both epson printers, the L800 and L200 models, and in the both test reports they kinda fail, the program freezes at "Please, be patient." "Wait at least 10 minutes before force interrupt" and never passes it.
