support dark mode in osm

  • add attribute to activate dark mode in osm map
  • create function to switch between light mode and dark mode

Do we have it ? which url are you using for the map? is it "https://{s}.tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png", I tried to search for it, where is it ?
