add map tile for visualization?

i have a lanelet2 map which is OSM format, and also i have some pointcloud file ,let's say xx.PCD, then i write a tool which convert the PCD file to png, then i want this png can be the base map uppon the OSM map, how can i design the visualization framework with this project? could u give me some advice ?

you mean that you want to use those generate png as tile if you can create server tile (raster server tile) i will add soon feature that will enable to use own map tile server
