然后， 有些库例如cv2库其实是opencv需要自己手动装，至少在中国的网络是这样( and ,some repo like cv2 in fact that Opencv need install by hand, at least in China network)
最后，我输入的指令是 python2 ./decode.py --original .\huyao.png --image .\stillhuyao.png --result re.png 成功。
