Support for "big data" matrix packages like bigmemory?

Hi there, I'm going to be working with some really giant matrices (~millions of rows x thousands of columns) that play nicely with bigmemory. Do you have any guidance on how to interface your nnmf with bigmemory? Or plans for future support? The output would also have to be written as another big.matrix for it to fit on disk.
