In the MacOS dark mode, the color of {{diagram}} is not correct

Possibly related -- I see that Clojure preformatted src blocks via ``` are also rendering with wrong colors?

Also possibly related... when using code injection blocks with the dark theme (specifically with shell) the font color is the same color as the background so you cannot see text unless highlighted Screen Shot 2022-01-05 at 8 39 39 AM .
