DELL XPS 13 2-in-1 (9315)

Here is the tarball for a Dell XPS 9315, 2-in-1 Tablet Laptop.

The pen in use is the Dell XPS Stylus, Part No. PN9315A

Using Fedora 39 Cinnamon (x11) it mostly works; the cursor follows the pen 1:1 and the pressure sensitivity works (tested in Krita). However the button mapping does not seem to function correctly and the Cinnamon Graphics Tablet settings menu doesn't register the display or the pen.
