I believe the pen is the Wacom ISD-V4 (056a:0148). It has one button on the side, does not appear to have an eraser. It appears to function like a normal drawing tablet pen, but it extremely horribly calibrated out of the box and "clicks" when still pretty far above the screen as opposed to touching it.
