Add Dell Latitude 5289 2-in-1 Sysinfo package

As per documentation, this package created with sysinfo and created issue 231.
This is running on a fresh Arch install using EndeavorOS, so not all requirements to run scripts were built in. I ran the script a couple times to ensure best data is submitted. Added xf86-input-wacom for xsetwacom tool. I also downloaded and compiled DIGImend/hidrd to get the git-update.sh script to work properly
