[BUG] Project completing to 99.99% at max

Current Behavior
I rejoined F@H after a year and decided to go containerized.
Spinned up the container with below docker-compose.yaml and set username and passkey from the web control.
Im on a little Lenovo ThinkCentre M900, so gpu is not used but that's ok. I also lowered cpu isage to 50% to avoid having the cpu fan running at full speed all the time.
Problem is working unit is completed to 99.99% at max, I can see from system monitor my cpu cores usage drop to nearly zero as if it finisced working but web ui still showing 99.99% indefenetly. If I stop/restart folding it restart from 0.0, done that a few times now and it stills working on the same project.
Checking my donor statistics on the online page it shows 0 active clients for both the last 7 and 50 days.
Expected Behavior
The current job being completed to 100% and then a new one is started.
Steps To Reproduce
Impossible to reproduce without providing passkey.
