Wanted change
To add a Swedish trained whisper model.

Reason for change
As a swede its hard to find a good working Swedish whisper model for use with homeassistant.
If you could add this model to the library i would appreciate it A LOT!! It has way more trained hours in swedish than any other model.
Sweden has alot of different dialects and being able to have this as an option would truly be amazing.
