[FEAT] adding jp to the image packages

Wanted change

Adding the well known and used json parsing package jp to the image

Reason for change

The best working actions to update cloudflare lists seem to require jp to properly parse a json string to send in the payload. I suspect jp could have a good use for other api poking needs.
