Change Base URL

I am trying to put Clarkson behind a reverse proxy at https://site.domain.tld/clarkson. It is failing because Clarkson is setting <base href="/">. This means it tries to load the resources from https://site.domain/tld/ instead. How/Where can I change the base href?

I'm interested in this too. Would be nice if the option could be set in the admin area.

Apologies for the delay in responding. I'll see if I can create an environment variable you can pass through. I don't use subdirectory reverse proxies so it's not something I actively check for.
