Mod overrides input for game controllers.

Hello,

While trying to use a flight stick with an addon that requires ClickThroughBlocker, the flight stick's input is suppressed any time an addon window is focused.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter main game scene while flying any vessel.
  2. Give some pitch/yaw/roll input
  3. Focus an addon window while providing control input.

Suggested solution: Add a setting to globally enable/disable the addon's functionality.

I'll look into this, but best to just keep the mouse off of windows while using the joystick, for now
