[Bug] x0 warp softlock

the ramping up/down of the warp speed is affected by itself. at x0 speed, this means it (mathematically) takes an infinite amount of time to ramp up. while the ramping should not be removed entirely as it is an effective safety measure against physics shocks it should be clamped such that freeze time is possible without requiring a reload
