Remove QubesOS installation guide from wiki

Important points under https://osresearch.net/InstallingOS/#installing-qubes-4x should be under https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/installation-guide/ and Heads refer to it, not duplicate it.

  • [ ] Watch https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/9743 and https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-doc/pull/1448
  • [ ] Remove https://osresearch.net/InstallingOS/#installing-qubes-4x, simply pointing to https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/installation-guide/
  • [ ] Close this issue.
