Force fiano to read file with overlapping regions

Hi, I have been trying to use fiano for automated DXE injection however both of my test firmwares has classic IFD bug with overlapping BIOS region (example)

Manual editing with now unsupported UEFITool v0.28 is working

Is there any way to force fiano work with such firmwares?
