Run make check

Because https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp/issues/599 is finally going to happen thanks to @acerv we may consider to run make check for a patchset. It definitely should be a warning (not a failure) until we get LTP to the state where most of LTP is rewritten (unless we change make check to detect new API only).
