Stylus signals while hovering over the Touchscreen

Greetings. since one of the last few updates, I get stylus signals while hovering over the screen and touching the screen with the hand. Here is the original issue from rnote: https://github.com/flxzt/rnote/issues/1363

Same issue here. It's also just overall buggy in regards to palm detection, and I see ghost inputs, etc. Hopefully we can figure out a solution, and I would love to help
