Interface freezes when resizing a window with a stylus

When resizing a window using the stylus i can't interact with the user interface anymore. This happens only using wayland (X11 seems to work fine).

Environment

  • Hardware: Surface Pro 8 (Surface pen 1)
  • Kernel version: 6.12.3-surface-2
  • Distribution: Ubuntu 24.10
