fedora-review tool reports following issue on rpm:

Unversioned so-files

ibsim: /usr/lib64/umad2sim/libumad2sim.so

This is a library loaded by the user with LD_PRELOAD. Not by ld indirectly. I don't see why an SO version is needed.
