Empty sampling point in dataset volunteer C

Thanks to your dataset WiAR, it helps me a lot.

But I find some issues when I was using your dataset, some of the data of volunteer C is empty. For example in 'csi_a10_13.dat' file. There are more than half of the sampling points are empty, starting from sampling point 200. I am wondering why is that happen? how to deal with those empty sampling points.
