Which jdk do you use? F-Droid uses openjdk 17.
Could you please try building with openjdk instead? Sometimes JBR produces different binary.
How did you verify it?

We need different version code for different abi, i.e. 291 292 293 294.
0.2.13 reproducible build failed. Maybe just need to clean the cache and rebuild it. Could you please have a try? Thanks!
Ah, right, recently not only the prof file but also the dex file changes.
Interesting. In our build the different file is classes.dex. The prof file is the same. And when the classes.dex becomes the same, the classes2.dex is different.
In both cases baseline.prof are the same with upstream build.
