Keeping YC List up-to-date

Ideally, people making legitimate changes to company data:

• aren't blocked on any one person (like me)
• can expect the change to go out promptly (max 1-2 days)

I'm thinking a simple trust-based system like this might work:

• any PR that's only updating company data + is approved by a contributor = auto-merged daily
• anyone with 2 or more contributions don't require approval for PRs updating company data
