Support Alpine

One of the main reason I use Linode is because they officially support Alpine Linux, so it'd be nice if the Longview installer also support Alpine Linux.

I've run into many issues try to install Longview, the first being that Alpines's version of wget doesn't support the -4 flag.

After digging for a bit I realized the error of Invalid Installer Session is actually the reason because I'm using Alpine Linux. It'd be nice to have a banner on the docs page noting supported & unsupported distributions: https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/what-is-longview/#install-linode-longview

Almost 2 years with no acknowledgement.

Edit: And 4 years without a repository update. Looks dead.

Definitely dead now that we can't expect Akamai to deal with any of these things.
