Installing svn clean
Additional content cleanup necessitated yet another SVN PR. This replaces PR 7351.

The guide structure focuses on installation clarity and contributor usability, avoiding legacy formatting unless explicitly helpful. It includes metadata cleanup, a streamlined intro, and modular sections that reference external resources only when they add value. If more legacy Linode style is preferred, happy to adjust once I receive further direction. Let me know of any preferred reviewer rotation or tagging protocol beyond the reviewers tagged.
